Welcome to PostDuty (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at postduty.in and any purchases you make from our online store. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Availability
We sell healthcare worker gifts, accessories, and keepsakes. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as specified at checkout. Payment processing is secured and handled through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on stock, inaccuracies in product or pricing info, or issues identified by our fraud detection system. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. User Feedback & Submissions
If you send us suggestions, reviews, or other submissions, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, and distribute those submissions in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or to pay compensation for comments.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PostDuty or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our services or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms and any agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi/Kerala as applicable.
